Skin troubles - of all kinds, including eczema, are often cured by mixture of CF 3x, CP 3x of 12x, CS 3x, KM 3x, KS 3x, NM 3x, NP 3x, NS 3x and S 12x. Failing which add FP 12x and take off S 12x.
