Hysteria - A nervous disease generally of ladies occuring in attacks of laughing and crying alternately, with a chocking sensation in the throat, 1 pill of Homoeopathic Ignatia 30, three times daily cures about 90 percent cases; failing with KP 3x in water, one teaspoonful after every fit. If this does not relieve, KP 6x and then KP 12x and then KP 30x as above; failing these, give mixture of FP 12x, KM 3x, MP 3x, NM 3x and Sil 3x. If there be much nausea, Ipecac 6 will often cure - Hyos Niger 30 would often cure if patient cries like mad man or laughs alternately. |
